Charmaine Barton

I am originally from Orange County, CA. My family moved to Salem, AR in '91. We bought a large raw rural property with a lake and developed it into a homestead for two families, and we have lived there ever since. I designed and built my own home. At one point, I moved to FL in the early 2000's and owned 2 duplexes and flipped a few homes. I have experience with land and farm development, construction, landscaping, property management, interior design,and home staging. I have degrees in business management and computers. I also have a background in retail sales management. For most of my life, I have also extensively pursued a music career. I love the outdoors! I garden and hike almost every morning. I also enjoy camping and kayaking. I am very family oriented and love to volunteer in my community when I can. I have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren that keep me very busy. I so look forward to my new journey, and I am truly grateful to serve the community.
