Charmaine Barton

I am originally from Orange County, CA. My family moved to Salem, AR in91’. We bought a large raw rural property with a lake and developed it into ahomestead for two families, and we have lived there ever since. I designed andbuilt my own home. At one point, I moved to FL in the early 2000’s and owned2 duplexes and flipped a few homes. I have experience with land and farmdevelopment, construction, landscaping, property management, interior design,and home staging. I have degrees in business management and computers. Ialso have a background in retail sales management. For most of my life, I havealso extensively pursued a music career. I love the outdoors! I garden and hikealmost every morning. I also enjoy camping and kayaking. I am very familyoriented and love to volunteer in my community when I can. I have 3 adultchildren and 2 grandchildren that keep me very busy. I so look forward to mynew journey, and I am truly grateful to serve the community.
